Biden says the parliamentarian nixed it. There’s nothing he can do, he’s only the president. There’s nothing senator Chuck Schumer can do, he’s only the majority leader. More recently, diabetics pinned their hopes on legislation that would cap the insane, astronomical price of life-saving insulin at $35. But, sorry folks, the parliamentarian didn’t like this either.
