Radio Free does things a little bit differently when it comes to journalism– and we want to share some tips with you on how the news should be.

News Should Be Accessible

Our news feed has always been free to access and open to the public. We never charge a fee to access content and never sell advertisements

(in fact, we never accept money from corporations or governments.)

News must be free to help inform people about the world from a perspective that values people, not profits.

Information in the public interest can help us learn and educate others about what is happening each day in the world. News outlets that accept money from advertisers may have conflicts of interest in providing unbiased reporting on issues that regard the advertiser’s products or services.
